GENERAL NOTES
- Rates per person in American dollars.
- Rates are subject to changes without previous notice.
- Fees exempt from VAT for foreign guests, non-residents in Chile.
- Guest on their arrival at the hotel must present their passport and Tourism Card.
- There are no triple rooms in the hotel. Additional bed is for children up to 11 years old.
- Up to 1 additional bed per room. Subject to availability.
- Children up to 4 years old sharing bed with parents are free of charge (1 free child per room).
- All rooms have cable TV.
- Internet Wi-Fi in the living room, free of charge.
- Swimming pool is for our lodging guests only and is free of charge.
- Check for optional programs to Isla Negra, Casablanca Valley wine route, Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. This are not included and have extra cost.
- Private transfers are available. Check for rates and destinations.

“All extra expenses that may arise in the event that a programmed tour should be cut short or extended, as compared to the originally paid tour, for reasons not imputable to La Casona at Matetic Vineyards, such as weather conditions, bridge blocks, border crossings, natural disasters, etc., are to be borne by the traveler. In this case La Casona at Matetic Vineyards will not be held liable to pay compensations or refunds of any sort, and therefore it is suggested visitors purchase travel insurance covering this type of events.”
BOOKINGS AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
- In order to confirm a booking we request credit card details of the guest (type of card, card’s number, credit card–holder full name and expiration date). In case of foreign visitors, a copy of card-holder passport will be required.
- Reservation must be requested by e-mail to reservas@matetic.com.
- Once a reservation is received in writing we will provide a booking confirmation’s number.
- A reservation is understood to be confirmed only when written confirmation has been received.
- Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and must be requested in writing to reservas@matetic.com.
- A reservation is understood to be modified only when written confirmation of the change has been received.
- Date modifications for individual booking (up to 2 rooms): Maximum of 3 changes, always within the same Season. These modifications must be notified at least 15 days before check in.
- Date modifications for groups (starting from 3 rooms): Maximum of 3 changes, within the next 3 consecutive months from the first confirmed date, and always during the same Season. These modifications must be notified at least 30 days before check in.
PAYMENTS CONDITIONS
Individuals (Up to 2 rooms):
- 50% of the total value must be paid 30 days prior to check in. This must be made by a wire transfer to our dollar account in Chile (details below). The other 50% must be paid 15 days prior to check in.
- We require a copy of the transference made (Swift Code) by e-mail to identify the transaction to sales@matetic.com in order to confirm it. The e-mail must include guest’s name and reservation number.
- In case a reservation is confirmed less than 15 days prior to check in, the full payment must be paid immediately after receiving confirmation.
Groups (Starting from 3 rooms):
- In order to confirm the booking we require a payment of 30% of the total value within 5 working days following the reservation´s confirmation.
- 60 days prior to check in the other 70% of the booking must be paid. This must be made by a wire transfer to our dollar account in Chile (details below).
- We require a copy of the transference made (Swift Code) by e-mail to identify the transaction to sales@matetic.com in order to confirm it. The e-mail must include guest’s name and reservation number.
- In case a reservation is confirmed less than 60 days prior to check in, the full payment must be paid immediately after receiving confirmation.
*The parties that make the wire transfer from abroad Chile must consider and add to the final payment all transaction costs and fees, including intermediary banks (consult your bank for details).
* The payments with credit card must consider a fee of 3% over the total price to pay.
